Arnold, inspired by his family heritage, transforms an old floating platform into a sustainable island. With his planting and floral arrangement skills, he builds a thriving business. Despite his deafness, he communicates through sign language, teaching others and inspiring the community to learn. His robotic arm assists him in daily tasks, while he becomes a source of inspiration for everyone around him. His story motivates the mayor to consider implementing a sign language school in the city.
